PLACEMENT FEE
· One-off upfront fee that covers the costs of adverting your goods and storage, etc.
· Payable when you book in your goods in for sale and must be paid before goods are displayed on floor for tender/sale.
· $15.00 (exclusive GST) per square metre based on the floor space required for your goods
o Minimum: $5.00 (exclusive GST)
o Maximum Household: $80.00 (exclusive GST)
o Maximum Truckload: $120.00 (exclusive GST)
PICK UP & DELIVERY FEE
Can be arranged through local courier services.
ASSEMBLY & DISMANTLING FEE
· $20.00 (exclusive GST) per item. Payable when the Tender Centre is required to assemble or dismantle the goods.
SURETY DEPOSIT
· $50.00 (exclusive GST) payable for goods that cannot be tested in-store, such as washing machines, dishwashers and ovens. This is designed to give potential buyers more confidence that the item is in working condition. The deposit will be refunded to the seller once the goods have been successfully sold or retained by the Tender Centre if the goods are returned as faulty.
RE-HANDLING FEE
· $10.00 (excluding GST) Payable when the Tender Centre is required to process returned goods/refunded.
STORAGE FEE
· $10.00 (excluding GST) per item, per week. Payable if goods are not collected by the specified time, which is the Saturday of the week that goods where either a successful bid or purchased.
